Please remember that the office is CLOSED in the evenings and at weekends.

If you have to phone, your call will probably be answered by a machine ( as we're out looking after cats during most working hours…) Please speak clearly and slowly, giving your name, postcode, dates and a daytime contact number. Please try NOT to use a mobile, as signals vary, and the sound quality of messages is therefore unpredictable.

There’s no mobile number listed as we can’t answer the phone or take bookings when driving, or when concentrating on the cats in our care. We only take bookings or deal with enquiries when in the office
