All bookings need to be in writing for the mutual benefit of clients, cats and ourselves, therefore we take bookings via email only. 

You can leave a message for us on 020 8771 4299. But please note this phone is answerphone only, therefore not suitable for emergency use, or for making bookings or enquiries. 

 

Messages are checked infrequently, and only during weekday hours: Mon – Fri, during the hours of 10am and 5pm. 

 

For existing clients, if there is something specific you want to discuss, please email us. One of the team will happily phone you back at a mutually convenient time. 

 

In an emergency please email with ‘URGENT’ in the subject title.
